Exit 97.7, WEXT is such a new station, that the budget doesn't allow us to head down to SXSW in Austin (3/18-22), but Dave and Chris decided to host an on-air festival on Tuesday evening (3/17) from 6-9p.

Join Dave and Chris as they present cool new tunes from some of the Festival performers, including our own Local 518 bands who will be down there performing. Congrats to Sean Rowe, Sgt. Dunbar, and Phantogram!! Click here for playlist.

Thanks to NPR, on 3/19 from 6-9p, we'll have concerts from the SXSW Festival itself. From Stubbs in Austin, we'll hear shows from Heartless Bastards, The Avett Brothers, and The Decemberists.

On 3/20 from 6-9p, we could hear concerts from The Parish, Austin, TX featuring: Thao Nyugen and the Get Down Stay Down, Blind Pilot, K'NAAN, BLK JKS, Dirty Projectors, and Blitzen Trapper. (Note that all concerts are subject to change. These great live shows are coming to us from NPR Music).
