Fighting homelessness in the Capital Region seems daunting, and it is! But you can help. Ending homelessness is a community effort. There are simple actions you can take to help. St. Catherine's Center for Children presents "A Conversation About Homelessness." Children, families, and adults will share their experience of homelessness. You will learn how you can fight homelessness in your community. Our guest speaker is Dr. John Janikas, Director of Emergency Medicine at Albany Memorial Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, and Samaritan Hospital. This a free event, and free food will be served! RSVP by March 20 to Editha Furtaw at firstname.lastname@example.org or (518) 453-6700 ext. 6425.
